I hope you’re ready for a sweaty ride! Trust me, this Legs of Fire HIIT workout will have you sweating off the stubborn body fat.

Don’t let the 4 minute duration fool you. This is one of my toughest, most intense, HIIT Tabata Training workouts yet.

All you need for this workout is:

- the desire to push your body to the extremes

- water
