Freestyle Friday – Live Lean TV Has Been Upgraded – Did You Win?
Even though Live Lean TV has only been around for 4 months, the growth of this channel has been incredible.
Here are a few highlights:
- 3,000 subscribers (growing on average at a rate of 35% per month)
- Over 1/3 million views (growing on average at a rate of 40% per month)
- Over 60 new videos have been showcased ranging from workouts to cooking shows to getting personal with me about my ups and downs in life.
YOU COULD HAVE ALREADY WON – WATCH THIS VIDEO TO FIND OUT
Starting next week, I will be randomly drawing ONE WINNER during every new video.
How do you enter?
If you’re a subscriber, you already did! That’s right, a randomly generated number will be selected every episode. That number represents the user that became my “x” subscriber. For example, if Live Lean TV had 2,403 subscribers and then you subscribed (making you the 2,404 subscriber)…if 2,404 gets randomly selected, I will announce your username on Live Lean TV as the winner.
IMPORTANT NOTE: To win, you must e-mail me at info@bradgouthrofitness.com to claim your prize. If your username appears in the video, but you’re not watching, YOU WILL NOT BE NOTIFIED (I don’t have your contact info). THIS MEANS YOU HAVE TO BE WATCHING TO WIN!! (tip: don’t miss an episode).
What can you win?
I’ll pick a prize from the following:
- A digital copy of my PREMIUM Lifestyle Fitness/Nutrition Program: Awaken The Abs Within
- A paperback version of Awaken The Abs Within
- My Kindle E-book: How To Lose Fat & Build Lean Muscle
- 303 Rep Challenge Workout Program
- A complimentary monthly membership to my Team Lean Membership site
- An electronic copy of my Meal Planner Software Database
- Brad Gouthro Fitness branded Workout clothing
REMEMBER: to win, you have to be watching the episode and contact me at info@bradgouthrofitness.com to claim it!
What Else? – Q&A Segment
Since I’ve been getting so many questions via my videos, I’ve decided, in order to make Live Lean TV more interactive, I need to create a Q&A segment.
I want this to be a fun segment. Your questions DON’T NEED to be related to fitness, nutrition, and health. I’m an open book. In order for me to help you more (and reach my Transformation 10,000 mission), you need to know I’m human. This is why I’ll also be taking more personal and fun questions such as YouTube crushes, most embarrassing moment, why I’m afraid of clowns, etc!
How do you send me questions?
I’m available on Twitter, Facebook Page, Instagram (@BradGouthro), and of course in the comment section of my YouTube videos. To ensure your questions get preferential treatment, use: #LLTV when submitting.
This Q&A will air on Thursdays.
More updates on new features will be announced in the coming months.
BOTTOM LINE…if you like the content on Live Lean TV now…it’s only going to get better!
I hope you enjoyed my You Could Have Already Won: Watch This Video To Find Out video!

what is the best time to do the exercise- #LLTV
Time doesn’t matter. Exercise whenever you have time my friend.
#LLTV My son has ADD and I worry that if he doesn’t get enough protein his symptoms will get aggitated. He is almost 16 years old so he has some of his own veiws about food. Usually it isn’t the protein but the sugar/carbs. He does like pizza, bagels and pasta. I’ve gotten the whole wheat pasta but he doesn’t really like the texture. Do you have any suggestions for new or modified foods that a teenager with ADD may like and want to eat. I prefer to make the snacks instead of pre-packaged stuff.
