TRX Core Workout Video
In this edition of Live Lean TV, I take you through a TRX Core Workout. Believe me, if you want a piece of fitness equipment that gives you an incredible core workout…the TRX is it!
It’s a great piece of training equipment that’s mobile, easy to use, and gives you an awesome core workout. And when you compare the cost of the TRX to a gym membership, it’s highly affordable.

To be sure you’re progressing with your workouts, always be sure to track the number of reps, duration, foot placements, etc of each TRX workout. Since it’s all body weight moves, you need to be sure you’re improving from one workout to the next.

Here’s how I structured this TRX Core Workout:
TRX Core Workout
5 second break between each exercise. Repeat this circuit 3 times.
A1. TRX Plank on forearms till failure
A2. TRX Plank on hands till failure
A3. TRX Crunch till failure
A4. TRX Atomic Pushup till failure
30 second break between circuits. Repeat 2 more times for a total of 3 rounds.
