How To Make Tilapia Pizza
On today’s episode of Live Lean TV, we’re in the kitchen again with another healthy, delicious, and quick recipe from Brad’s Cookbook.
I decided to put together a high protein, low carb meal that uses many of the same ingredients used in my favorite food…PIZZA!
However, the key ingredient in this zero carb pizza comes from a protein source that most people need to add more into their diet…FISH!
We’re using a high protein, low fat type of white fish called tilapia. If you’re serious into fitness competing, I’m sure you have tilapia in your diet. Unfortunately many people miss out on the creativity that you can have with this fish.
Live Lean TV is not about boring, bland foods. We add flavor using natural ingredients without adding in fattening sauces or sugary toxins.

Here are the Tilapia Pizza ingredients and instructions…
- 2 fillets of tilapia
- 2 tbsp of salsa
- 2 tbsp of cheese
- Any type of veggies: mushrooms, orange peppers, broccoli, onion, etc.
- Dash of oregano
1. Pre-heat oven to 375F.
2. Add tin foil to a baking sheet and grease with coconut oil (or non-stick spray).
3. Add tilapia to sheet and top with salsa, cheese, veggies, and oregano.
4. Bake for 15-20 mins.
