Berry ‘N Nut Greek Yogurt

- 6 oz of Plain Greek Yogurt
- 2 tbsp of sliced almonds
- 1 tsp ground flax seed
- 1/3 cup of berries

Homemade Honey Mustard Dressing

Ingredients (makes 5 tbsp):

- 1 tbsp dijon mustrard
- 3 tbsp greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp pure honey
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- pinch dried parsley

According to research, consuming a high protein breakfast may be the key to reducing food cravings and keeping you feeling full throughout the day.

In the 3 week study, subjects were given either a:

  • 500 calorie high protein breakfast
  • 500 calorie average protein breakfast

Pumpkin Cheesecake (Healthy Version)

Ingredients:

Crust
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 5 dates
- dash of sea salt

Filling
- 2 cups pumpkin puree
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup honey
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
