- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Ingredients (one serving):

- 2 whole eggs
- 1/2 cup egg whites
- handful of spinach
- 1/4 avocado
- tbsp of salsa

Instructions:

1. Whisk whole eggs and egg whites in a bowl.

2. Add to heated pan. Once eggs begin to cook and scramble, add spinach.

3. Once eggs are scrambled place on plate and top with avocado slices and salsa.
