4 Minute Tabata Workout Video - Pushup Challenge
Lets get ready to sweat ladies and gentlemen. I’d like to introduce you to my 4 minute Tabata Pushup Challenge Workout.
Now don’t let the word “pushup” scare you. In the video, I show you a simple modification that anyone can do to incorporate pushups into your workout routine.
In this 4 minute tabata pushup challenge workout, we are going to be moving between 4 different pushup variations. Each pushup variation will hit different parts of your body, including chest, shoulders, triceps, core, etc.
As always, implement this 4 minute tabata workout as a “workout finisher” at the end of your strength training or just after you wake up. These intense but quick workouts will help you burn fat more efficiently throughout the day/night.
Here’s how the Tabata Workout 4 Minute Pushup Challenge is structured:
All you need to complete my tabata workout pushup challenge is…
…. your bodyweight…
… your interval timer <— to get a fun color like the one you see me with in the video, click the link
Pushup Challenge – 4 Minute Tabata Workout Video

Total time: 4 mins
Work time: 20 sec (as many reps as possible with good form)
Rest time: 10 sec
Exercise:
1. Standard Pushup x 20 sec (10 sec break)
2. Close Grip Pushup x 20 sec (10 sec break)
3. Side-to-side pushup x 20 sec (10 sec break)
4. Fingers Pointing Out Wide Grip Pushup x 20 sec (10 sec break)
2 rounds for a total of 8 sets.
Remember: ONLY REST FOR 10 SECONDS between sets!

Hey Choe, thanks for the comment and glad you’re enjoying the workouts. I will add a back Tabata Workout to the video list. The only thing with back workouts are they usually require equipment as it’s all pulling motions. Let me see what I can come up with.

doing pushups, squats, lunges, etc are all body weight movements. it’s still lifting weights even if it’s bodyweight. keep following my workout videos and you’ll be fine.

without weight-lifting can’t i loose my belly fat quick ???
weight lifting is key to losing fat.

great workout. I just finished my tabata workout. I have done Push Up Burpees, Jump Squats , High Knees and reverse lunge. Tomorrow i will try the push up tabata.

yes it will help. but don’t just do this push up workout everyday. do it one day then switch to another one of my workout videos for another day, etc.

Oh boy – that’s one tough workout! I’ve pinned that for when my rest/recovery week is over. How often would you recommend doing that workout if say I was looking to build core and upper body strength for the swim phase of a triathlon?

It is a tough one! Try incorporating it first thing in the morning or after your workout 3 times a week to build up strength.
