Subway Nutrition: What is your healthiest option?
If you remember last weeks Food Wars episode, I analyzed the healthiest food options at McDonalds. Based on that video, viewers asked for the same analysis on another restaurant. And it was an eye-opener.
If I asked you what fast food restaurant is healthy…I bet Subway would come to mind first.
Am I right?
After analyzing Subway’s nutritional information AND the ingredient information, I tried to come up with the healthiest option for you to eat on the run.
Was I surprised? Absolutely.

Thanks so much for this video! This summer I was interning 30 minutes away from home so I was eating Subway every day for lunch. I’m a vegetarian so I always got a 6 inch 9 grain sub with provolone cheese, spinach, lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, green peppers, sweet peppers, banana peppers and a little red wine vinegar. From what you researched was that an okay option?

Although i wouldn’t recommend eating it everyday…this version would be a better option. I don’t think we have a red wine vinegar option in my city.
