In this Freestyle Friday video, I was challenged by a YouTube hottie named Jill Hanner. She has tattoos…she has muscles…but I don’t think she is as bada$$ as she thinks.
Oh and get this…she called me a “pretty boy” wimp.

OK. Nice. I just do a 10-week program in conjunction with a local hospital and I wanted to see how I compared to two great fitness gurus. ( ; My pushups were modified knee and I did 57.
