Peanut Butter & Jelly Fat Burning Protein Shake Recipe
Note: prefer it much better with almond butter now
Do you remember what it was like when you were a kid and had peanut butter and jam sandwiches? They were one of the best tasting snacks. If you like PB & J sandwiches, I just put together this Peanut Butter & Jelly Fat Burning Protein Shake recipe that tastes just like a peanut butter and jam sandwich.
This peanut butter and jam protein shake is delicious, it’s going to help you build muscle and burn fat. Here are the ingredients…
- 1 tbsp Natural peanut butter (or almond butter)
- 1 tbsp Plain Greek yogurt (or substitute with egg whites)
- 1 cup Strawberries, Raspberries, Blueberries
- 2/3 cup Grape juice
- 2/3 cup Almond milk
- Serving Vanilla protein powder
- 3 Ice cubes
Put these ingredients in a blender and blend it up.
Alright that’s how easy it is. It’s perfect when you wake up first thing in the morning if you don’t have a lot of time for breakfast or it’s an excellent post workout shake as well. The simple sugars as well as the protein will help you re-fill your glycogen levels and re-build your muscles.
