My L-I-V-E L-E-A-N Core & Conditioning Circuit Workout:
If you’ve become a subscriber and regular viewer of my Live Lean TV channel, you’re getting a real insight into how I stay lean all year round. It’s a combination of eating the right diet for my lifestyle and body type, proper sleep and recovery, as well as aerobic (cardio) and anaerobic (resistance training) workouts to build lean muscle and keep the stubborn fat away.
In this edition of Live Lean TV, I show you a core and conditioning style workout that I do to stay lean. It’s in a circuit format where your body is working hard with little rest. If you want to get lean and toned, you need to keep your body moving! This workout will do just that!
Here’s my Core & Conditioning Circuit Workout Video To LIVE LEAN
Format: Descending Pyramid Circuit
Rest: No breaks between exercises (1 min break after each circuit)
Sets: 8 sets in a descending pyramid style (1st set: 8 reps for each exercise, 2nd set: 7 reps, 3rd set: 6 reps, etc)
L – Lunges
I – Interval Jump Rope (rather than 8 reps, do 80 jumps)
V – V-Ups
E – Eccentric Squats
L – Left & Right Side Planks With Reach Through
E – Elbow To Knee Pushups
A – Atomic Burpee
N – Narrow Stance Plank With Taps
