By now you know on Live Lean TV, I always challenge you guys to get outside of your comfort zone. This is the only way for you to make continuous improvements to your overall health.
What does this mean for me? More water cardio.
Not only is water cardio a different training stimulus to my body, it’s also an incredible, low impact form of exercise that can really get your heart racing, help you lose weight, and increase your endurance. When I say “low impact”, I simply mean it’s easier on your joints.
And c’mon, with the Summer Olympics right around the corner, you know you’re going to want to jump on the Michael Phelps bandwagon once again!
