Iced Protein Coffee Recipe

Muscle Building Iced Protein Coffee Recipe Video

One word.

Delicious!

As I mention in the video, I’ve never had a cup of hot coffee before in my life. I don’t know why…I just never fell into the coffee trend.

It wasn’t until a few months ago, I experimented adding coffee into a protein shake for it’s antioxidant and energy boosting properties. HOME RUN!

On today’s episode of LIVE LEAN TV, I’m going to share my video of me making this iced protein coffee recipe.

I’ve never had an issue with people drinking coffee. My issue comes from what people ADD to their coffee…the creamers, the sugars, etc.

Coffee can be a great source of antioxidants. I also don’t have a problem with caffeine, as long as it’s taken in moderation.

So without further ado…here’s my Iced Protein Coffee Video…

Here are the Iced Protein Coffee ingredients and instructions…

Iced protein coffee

Ingredients:

- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- serving of hot coffee (i used a tsp of instant coffee mixed in 1/2 cup of water)
- packet of stevia
- tsp of cocoa
- 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
- ice cubes

Instructions:

1. Add to a blender. Blend. Enjoy!

  1. Brad! I’m definitely going to have to give this a shot, it sounds delicious! I have been making a similar version lately minus the blender and often add a half scoop of whey into my hot coffee, but sometimes it lumps together and almost seems to curdle and tastes really gross…I’m not sure why it does that and I haven’t heard of others complaining of the same thing…I’ll try this instead!

  4. Aww yeah! I have all of these ingredients, except I’m a vanilla protein kind o’ lady. I’m about to do my upper body/abs workout so I’ll try this bad boy out when I’m done. (I need the boost from the coffee today. lol)

PS: I can’t do hot coffee. Only the iced version. :)
