Workout Video To Get Arms Like A Supermodel
In this edition of Live Lean TV, I show you a descending pyramid complex workout that will tone and sculpt your arms like a supermodel.
Don’t get intimidated by the term, descending pyramid complex. It’s simply a form of exercise where you work out with one set weight, move from exercise to exercise with no breaks in a circuit format…oh yeah…and you can’t let go of the weight. In other words, the weight stays in your hands as you move from one exercise to the other in this circuit!

Arms Like A Supermodel Workout:
Descending Pyramid Complex
Weight: select a weight that you can lift for 6 reps for the most difficult exercise in the complex (either the dumbbell kickback or bent over lateral raise in this case).
Sets: 6 sets
Reps: 6 reps for set #1, 5 reps for set #2, 4 reps for set #3, 3 reps for set #4, 2 reps for set #5, and 1 rep for set #6.
Rest: No rest between exercises within the complex circuit. 30 second rest after each completed complex.

A2. Dumbbell Bent Over Lateral Raise
A3. Dumbbell Front Raise
A4. Dumbbell Standing Shoulder Press
A5. Dumbbell Tricep Kickbacks
A6. Dumbbell Bicep Curls
