Yes, you read it right…I’m covering SODA, on Live Lean TV…sigh
This was a request from a viewer that wanted to know if they should be drinking diet soda or regular soda to lose fat.
Of course, I have to put a BIG DISCLAIMER up front saying that I do not support drinking soda. WATER should be your biggest liquid ally when it comes to optimal health and fat loss.
But no matter how many times I say that…some people just can’t give up soda. So it’s now my job to get them to make a better decision on the two products…regular soda vs diet soda.
If you’re one of these people, you should watch this video, because I reveal a third alternative (other than water), that may still quench your thirst for soda, and it’s zero calories and contains NATURAL SWEETENERS from a plant (Stevia)…not artifical sweeteners, otherwise known as chemicals.
