Food Wars: Coconut Milk vs Dairy Milk vs Soy Milk vs Almond Milk
This will go down as a controversial episode of Live Lean TV’s Food Wars. People seem to be very passionate about this topic. I’m talking about milk. Most of us as infants were raised on human breast milk, weened off, and then…dairy milk?
I personally used to drink a lot of dairy milk. I loved the taste, the texture, and how refreshing it was. But does that mean you should be drinking it? Is it the only source of calcium like the marketers say?
And what about Soy Milk? Is it healthy? Is it a good source of protein?
Or are you better off with a high saturated fat option like coconut milk? Or what about almond milk, is it worthwhile even though it’s not high in protein like dairy or soy milk?
So many options and so much confusion.
