Food Wars: Are All Nut Butters Healthy?
In this episode of Live Lean TV’s Food Wars, I analyze if all nut butters are healthy and nutritionally equal. I’m talking about conventional peanut butter vs raw natural almond butter.
In the nut butter category, there are major nutrition differences between different brands. While some forms of nut butters provide healthy fats and some protein, another form of nut butter may be bottled down with man made unnatural hydrogenated fats and sugar.
As I always say…look at the ingredients list. If it reads more like a science experiment than an ingredient list, you should know right away that your body’s digestive system is not made to process that food.
The winner of this nut butter edition of food wars was easy.
