Chick-fil-A Nutrition: What is your healthiest option?
For the last three weeks on Live Lean TV’s Food Wars, I’ve been analyzing the most famous and frequented fast food restaurants. The journey has been pretty surprising with the so called “healthy” restaurants offering some very unhealthy options, while the fast food restaurants typically branded “evil” had some decent healthy options.
So far on Food Wars, we’ve analyzed:
…and now we analyze Chick-fil-A.
Since I don’t have a Chick-fil-A in my city, I’m relying on Chick-fil-A’s website for all the nutrition and ingredient information. This also means I can’t taste test the food for you. Because as you know, on Live Lean TV, we not only eat healthy food…it also has to taste “damn that’s good”!
I did catch a few business reports/interviews with the Chick-fil-A executives. I know they’ve branded it as being a healthier option.
Was it? Does it live up to Live Lean TV standards?

I love that you do these! We could tell me to eat fruit and veggies all day long but at the end of the day you are going to eat out! So at least having a plan for it is great!

Brad, totally! Smoothie shops are crazy high in sugar – I try to pick healthier options and add protein to help balance the fruit sugars.

I like to stick to places like smoothie shops, but sometimes I have chicken wraps at Tim Hortons, Wendys, or even McDonalds (hmmm, probably not the best place!). Love your movies!
