Fat Burning Cardio From Home: Stairs Workout Program

Many people mistakenly think cardio needs to be done on exercise equipment. You’ve heard me say before that I prefer jump rope cardio over anything. Well, this stairs workout program is a close second.

If you’re looking for a quick, fat burning, and sweaty cardio workout, without any equipment…check out this stairs workout program.

It only takes 15 minutes, and you’ll be feeling the burn in your quads and calf muscles.

If this form of workout is good enough for Tom Brady and Jennifer Lopez…do you think it’s good enough for you?

Why are so many Pro Athletes and Celebrities Doing Stair Exercise Workouts?

Number 1 reason? They are effective and quick. As mentioned above, pro athletes like Tom Brady and hollywood superstars like Jennifer Lope incorporate these workouts into their fitness routines.

What really makes this form of exercise effective is your body is forced to work against gravity due to the stairs incline. The extra resistance helps burn fat and build muscle quicker.

Thanks for the workout! How would you suggest adapting this to a longer staircase that has more steps than a regular flight of stairs, where it wouldn’t be realistic to run it 5 times? Is there a certain number of steps you’d recommend getting in in each round?
