By incorporating more of these tabata workouts into your daily routine, you’ll be burning fat more efficiently throughout the day/night.

… a medicine ball or basketball or any kind of sports ball with a little bit of weight.
Medicine Ball – 4 Minute Tabata Workout Video

Total time: 4 mins
Work time: 20 sec (as many reps as possible with good form)
Rest time: 10 sec
1. Squat & Medicine Ball Toss Up x 20 sec (10 sec break)
2. Sliding Medicine Ball Pushups x 20 sec (10 sec break)
3. Side-To-Side Medicine Ball Twists x 20 sec (10 sec break)
4. Medicine Ball Wood Chops x 20 sec (10 sec break)
2 rounds for a total of 8 sets.
Remember: ONLY REST FOR 10 SECONDS between sets!
