Torch The Stubborn Fat With This 15 Min HIIT Workout
Summer is officially over. Does that mean it’s time to pack on the pounds to stay “warm” for the winter.
If you’ve been following my Live Lean TV channel, you know I’m all about “living lean” 365 days a year.
You see, that’s what makes my message different. It’s not about getting lean for the summer by starving yourself and sweating it out on the cardio machines for 4 hours everyday.
We’re building a lean and sexy body for the long-term. We’re eating delicious healthy foods that are filled with muscle building and fat burning nutrients. We’re working out efficiently (but intensely) so we don’t have to spend that much time in the gym.
I can’t say this enough…when you eat satiating, blood sugar/hormone stabilizing whole foods, lots of water, and compliment that with intense/short workouts…you too can be living lean, 365 days a year.
Today’s #LLTV HIIT workout is just another example of that. This one only takes 15 mins. Don’t think that is a lot? Give it a try and tell me if you can continue on for an additional round!

All you need for this workout is:
- An agility ladder (if you don’t have one, build one using tape/chalk on the ground)
And a whole lot of energy… PS eating whole foods and drinking lots of water will give you that energy
